GGHS Raider Team Dominates at County Competition

The GGHS Raider Team put on a powerhouse performance at this year’s county competition! The male team took home 1st place and earned a spot at the state-level competition, while the female team finished 2nd and the mixed team 4th — an incredible showing of effort, teamwork, and determination across all groups.
Cadets faced intense physical challenges, from a team 5K run and 1-mile litter carry with a 120lb load, to hauling 300lbs across 400 meters, conquering a 1000-meter obstacle course, and building and breaking down a rope bridge under pressure.
Each event pushed their endurance, strength, and coordination to the limit — and they rose to every challenge with grit and Raider pride. Congratulations to all cadets on an outstanding performance!
